Sam Lafontaine

Hey, I'm Sam. I’m a product manager based in Montréal, QC. I have spent the last 8 years working at the intersection of Growth and Product Management for SaaS companies from seed to series B in Europe and North America. I'm passionate about software, technology, entrepreneurship and business and spend a lot of time trying to get better at it. My core strengths lie in the domains of product management, frontend development, data analytics, team leadership and growth strategy.

I'm currently Product Manager at Dialog Insight, working mainly on our segmentation engine and orchestrator product. I'm also working on a few side projects, including Recurwise, a tool for managing subscriptions and Mes Finances, a personal finance website. Have a look at other projects I've built to solve specific problems I've had. I'm also trying to write more, but time's been scarce lately. Stay tuned!

I'm a dad, runner, hockey player, bike touring enthusiast and hobby coder. I also love to read, cook, travel & learn new things. I grew up in Montréal, where I currently live, and have studied and worked in Hong Kong and Copenhagen. I speak French, English and Swedish.
